Fresh Nest Cleaners provides residential and commercial cleaning services within Metro Manila. By booking a service, you authorize our team access to the property during the scheduled time window.

Preparation: Clients are asked to secure pets and remove valuable or fragile items from cleaning zones. Our team handles standard household items with care, but we recommend securing irreplaceables.

Access: For move-in/move-out cleans or unattended properties, a secure key drop or digital lock code is required. All access methods are logged and destroyed after service completion.

We understand schedules change. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are free of charge.

Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee to compensate our cleaning professionals who have been scheduled and prepped.

If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a "lock-out" fee of 30% of the service cost will apply.

Our Spotless Standard is our promise to you. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will schedule a re-clean of the specific areas in question at no additional cost. Re-cleans are subject to availability and must be requested within the 24-hour window.

Note: Re-cleans do not apply to pre-existing damage, structural issues, or areas not included in the original service scope.

Fresh Nest Cleaners carries liability insurance covering accidental damage caused by our staff. We treat every home with the respect we give our own.

Reporting: Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion with photographic evidence. We will work directly with you to resolve the claim.

We are not liable for damage resulting from improper installation of items, lack of structural integrity (e.g., loose fixtures, unstable furniture), or pre-existing wear and tear.
